  1. The Trainerize training app: This is where you coaching and training will take place.

  2. Skool: This is where the community is, the group calls are held and where you can find all the training resources.

Once you enter:

👉 Follow each step and fill out all the details asked. It’s important you do this, so we can get right into the Performance testing and into your training program as fast as possible. Set up your account on Trainerize first, then head over to the calendar in the app to access starter forms and commence training.

If you are on Premium or 1:1 coaching

👉 Your personal coach will contact you within 24 hours to introduce themselves and give you further direction and answer any questions you may have.
